Checking in week 6!

We are on week 6 of our 10 week Reform Pilates Challenge and loving every minute. One of the reasons why is the incredible amount of variety in the amount and type of workout you can do with the equipment Reform has. For example.. meet the Wunda Chair! It's hard to tell what on earth you'd do with it, right?? Well it is one of my favorite things in the studio- some of the exercises we do on it are reminiscent of more traditional workouts, like the variations on push ups, but some (like the one of the left) are just totally new. Come on in and see the studio for yourself and you'll get a sense of the incredible variety of what the instructors do here with you!
