Oh mais oui! In today's lunch news, TC Paris has dropped a delicious bomb by announcing they're going to be introducing "Lunch in Paris" soon and Croqueheads everywhere (us included) can rejoice! Pictured above is their Croque Monsieur, made with Pan de Campagne bread (chosen for it's hint of sourness, yet hearty build), imported Gruyere to make their bechamel, and a truly royal 'European Style' ham from Niman Ranch ' (which raises it's livestock traditionally, humanely and sustainably).
Will there be a Croque-Madame as well? One can only hope.
